Artwork Required - Photo frame hot-stamp artwork requirements

Note:
When looking at your artwork, what is white is the photo frame and what is black is the stamped imprint.
NO shades of grey or colours can be in your electronic artwork; your artwork must consist of white and solid black for orders under 1800 pieces.

Can you please send your camera-ready graphic file to us in a format that was created in
* Adobe Photoshop (up to V.Cs2) with the extension of .EPS - OR -
* Adobe Illustrator (up to V.10) with the extension of .AI

Please send your file in PC format, as a BLACK & WHITE file with NO grayscale or colour images.

An electronic file which was converted to the above extensions will not be acceptable.

The purpose of good artwork is to ensure that your design, when enhanced, will be clean and sharp looking; therefore, it must be that way to begin with.

INVENTORY: We do not carry any inventory due to the large variety of photo frames, which we manufacture. Every order is custom produced.

PRODUCTION: Normal shipping is 10 working days after final artwork approval or a rush charge applies

Artwork for repeat orders	We will keep your artwork on file for future orders for a period of two years.
Artwork approval	A pre-production paper proof of your logo or message is sent to you for review, and a signed approval copy is required before we start production.
Artwork by mail	Send your camera-ready artwork as a black and white stat, or on a CD, to the address at the bottom of this form.
Artwork upload	Please send your artwork file by Impression's Graphics Artwork Upload System
Artwork faxed	Can I fax you a copy of my logo? No. Because a fax does not print exact straight lines, and we do not recognize it as camera-ready artwork. The faxed logo can be used as a guide only to verify the electronic artwork.
Artwork not accepted	What is artwork that is NOT Camera-Ready? Artwork that is a fax, hand drawing, photocopy, a printed piece like business cards, letterhead, post-it note, invoice or envelope or Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, Microsoft Powerpoint, and PageMaker applications.
Artwork charges	What happens if I change the artwork after you have made the stamping die? A charge will be levied to make a new die after the initial approved die has been made.

Less Than Minimum Cost

Sample Cost

This design shown on this page is not available for samples, as the design used on this item belongs to one of our customers.
We can provide the same product in a random different design for samples. The random sample DOES NOT include your personalized design.
The random sample cost for this item with a delivery schedule of 10 days, has a US $36.75 handling charge, PLUS the cost for each individual sample(up to 3 pieces).
The sample(s) will sent to you using your courier account. When you place a full order for the minimum shown on our web site, the US $36.75 handling charge will be credited back to your account. The product sample, however, is not returnable nor is the cost refundable.

How to Order

To order your merchandise, or to obtain a sample, or artwork proof, we require you to follow our system:

Choose the appropriate PDF order form from below, open it, complete on-line and then print. You may choose to print the form and then complete by hand.

Please note that you cannot send this form to us via the internet, only by fax. Our system is set up this way for your security.

If the same design is used for a repeat order there will be a re setup cost of $35.00

	Please note that we do not carry any inventory and our factory custom manufactures all orders.
	PRODUCTION: We do not carry any inventory due to the large variety of photo frames we produce. Every order is custom made and scheduled for shipping: 10 working days after your faxed order is received for blank photo frames. 10 working days after your final artwork approval is received for printed photo frames.
	RUSH: If a faster delivery is required and we can accommodate your request, the cost for this service is $100.00 for blank merchandise or $250.00 for enhanced photo frames printed in one colour.
	When looking at your artwork, what is white is the photo frame and what is black is the stamped imprint.
	NO shades of grey or colours can be used in your electronic artwork; your artwork must consist of white and solid black as the imprint will appears in one colour only. Any adjustment to your artwork will incurs a minimum charge of $50.00.
